Portraits are fully refundable before I begin work. Once I start working, before you approve the midway progress photo, your portrait is 50% refundable.* Once I begin the second half of your portrait, the portrait is non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

*Technicolor on Paper and Technicolor on Wood do not allow time for a midway progress photo, so this style becomes non-refundable once I begin work.
